Purpose

These terms govern the use of the "Fidèle pour la vie" service, a platform enabling the creation of online memorials for pets.

Description of the service

"Fidèle pour la vie" allows a user to create a digital space dedicated to the memory of a pet, including photos, text and memories, viewable by the creator and invited people.

Access to the service

Access to the service requires creating an account. The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential.

Pricing and payment

Creating a memorial costs €9.99, for a 12-month period. A reminder email is sent 15 days before it expires; renewal is voluntary, with no automatic charge. Memorials created before this 12-month term was introduced remain active indefinitely. Payments are secure and processed via Stripe.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase with the customer's agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal.

User responsibility

The user agrees to publish only lawful, respectful content in line with the purpose of the service. The user is solely responsible for the content they publish.

Prohibited content

The following are strictly prohibited: illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent content, or content unrelated to the service's purpose. The publisher reserves the right to remove any non-compliant content.

Moderation

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account or content in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

Service availability

The publisher strives to ensure continuous access to the service, without guaranteeing permanent availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.

Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss, interruptions or damages related to the use of the service.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.

Changes to these terms

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
